About The Event
Myra teaches a 75 minute heated Vinyasa flow that offers challenges for the beginner to the advanced. One pose flows to the next and we strive to stay in the moment as we connect our breath with our movement. Strength, balance and flexibility improve as we work towards shavasana, the final relaxation. The breath is easy, the mind is clear and we absorb the heat, stillness and energy that we created within the practice.. We feel open and relaxed.
Through yoga we open our hearts, minds, bodies, imaginations, thoughts and potential.
