Meditation is extremely beneficial to our health, both physical and mental. People have many questions about meditation such as: How do I meditate? What’s the best time to meditate? How do I sit during meditation? Is there a certain way to breathe during meditation? I don’t know if I’m doing it right, etc... Join us for an evening of answers to these questions, and much more information about meditation and techniques. After the discussion, Psychic “D” will lead the group in a relaxing, guided meditation to finish the evening.
