Are you looking for a deeper connection to your experience of truth?
Seeking more clarity and alignment in terms of “living your truth”?
Curious or passionate about Kundalini Yoga and want to practice in a supportive community?
Much of Kundalini Yoga orients around the phrase “Sat Nam,” which translates as “truth is my identity.” Sat Nam applies to each of us equally. While we all yearn to be connected to our purpose and our inner knowing, we also live in a world filled with demands and distractions. Taking time to focus our energy in a supportive community, using the tools of Kundalini Yoga, can allow us the space we need to experience, appreciate, and fully attend to who we are.
In our class sessions, we will practice Kundalini yoga sets (a different kriya each week), replenish with deep relaxation, meditate, and join our voices in chanting. We will also have some time after class to socialize and connect. Handouts and resources will be provided for those who want to deepen their study and practice at home.
Kundalini Yoga is appropriate for everyone of all abilities and beliefs.
No prior experience is necessary and all are welcome.

Carpooling with friends is a great way to create an even closer community. Due to limited parking we greatly appreciate it as well. Please let us know if you will be arriving by yourself or with another friend who's signed up as well. This class does have a limited amount of participants for the series so sign up as soon as you are able to commit yourself to this series.
Please bring a water for during your practice as well as a mug if you'd like to enjoy a warm yogi tea at the close of practice.
