Kundalini Yoga and Meditation: Winter Warmer
Seeking mood-brightening tools to help you keep your spirits up in late winter?
Join us to enjoy a Kundalini-infused morning in good company. This two-hour event will give us ample time to connect to energizing and uplifting energy.
In our Winter Warmer, we will practice a Kundalini yoga set (called a kriya), replenish with deep relaxation, meditate, and join our voices in chanting. We will also have some time after class to socialize and connect. Handouts and resources will be provided for those who want to deepen their study and practice at home.
Kundalini Yoga is appropriate for everyone of all abilities and beliefs.
No prior experience is necessary and all are welcome. We appreciate friends carpooling to this series due to limited parking.
Yogi tea will be served after class so please bring a mug with you and a reusable water bottle for your practice time.

$28 per person for those carpooling with three or more per car.
