Intentional Journaling with Arlenea
Time & Location
About The Event
How many times per day do you daydream? You may think about something you want: a job, a house, a partner.
Maybe you have the rich imagination of a child or maybe you don’t even know what you want.
Both are okay!
Did you know that you are 42% more likely to achieve your goals and dreams if you write about them on a regular basis?
Journaling has also been shown to reduce stress, improve immune function, and promote a positive mood.
Using a brief meditation and by asking open ended journaling prompts, Arlenea will help you uncover your perfect (for you) life.
Part law of attraction and part nuts and bolts of journaling, participants will be encouraged to write their wildest, biggest dreams in detail.
We will also talk about a journaling practice that works for each individual.
At the end of the workshop, there will be time to share, but it’s not mandatory!
Privacy is always respected.
This workshop is open to men and women.
Notebooks and pens/pencils will be provided.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
Everything else will be provided to you.
As a former creative writing teacher, Arlenea believes in using journaling as a means for remembering, releasing, daydreaming, manifesting, and goal setting.
She can’t wait to share this beautiful evening with you!
