About The Event
A BALANCED YOGA practice promotes a combination of controlled joint mobility with mindful strengthening to ensure the long-term health and function of our joints. In this creative class focused on the hip joints, you’ll experience an overall structural recalibration sourced in: increased mobility, decreased joint "congestion", overall elevated mechanical function, and the joyful exploration of freestyle movement. We’ll work with both conventional yoga poses (āsanas), as well as a variety of non-traditional exercises, techniques, and strategies for unlocking, stabilizing, and rebooting this crucial segment of our structure. This class is dynamic in nature and offers a solid challenge for established yogis. Appropriate for injury-free, adventurous movers with a minimum of 2 years yoga experience.
